If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@claritytoheal.com with your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the item.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or fulfillment error must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping.
